Mennonite Collegiate Institute, located in Gretna, Manitoba is a provincially accredited independent Anabaptist Christian high school (Gr. 9-12), a member of Manitoba Federation of Independent Schools & Canadian Association of Mennonite Schools. MCI emphasizes a strong academic program leading toward post-secondary studies, excellent athletic & fine arts programs and a residence program, which is currently home to approximately half of the student body.

Our mission is to educate young people in an Anabaptist-Christian context, seeking to develop each student’s God-given potential, providing a practice ground for maturing faith in Jesus Christ, in thought, love and action.


Job Opportunity:  Male Residence Staff

The Role:
Working in a team with three – four residence staff and the Director of Student Life, this team helps supervise and give leadership to our Residence program. It’s an incredible opportunity to mentor, disciple, and journey with our students as they experience the joys and struggles of living/studying together. It’s the kind of job that may at times feel more like a social experience than a job, but you get to call it work!    

*Demonstrated ability to relate to teenagers
*Willingness to work and learn together in team
*Experience in camp/youth/discipleship Ministry is an asset
*Completed a college or university degree is recommended

Start Date:
Sept. 1, 2018

Full-time  (consideration given to less than full-time)

Gretna, MB (1 hour South of Winnipeg)
