*MCI Alum Cody Loewen was featured in an article in the Altona Echo about his upcoming adventure climbing Mt McKinley in Alaska!  Check it out and cheer Cody on in his climb.

* MCI Alum Kirsten Hamm was published in the Canadian Mennonite in February.  Click here to read her article, “A few of my favourite things.”


* Several MCI alum are part of Pocket Change, an indie pop and power folk band.
Pocket Change began making music together in 2009, changing their sound according to the dynamic nature of the group’s musical tastes. As style is tweaked, lyrics rooted in unusual experiences and social observation bring listeners into the band’s outlandish experiences and speculations. Ghosts. Roadkill. Folk tales. Television shows.  Together the band is currently working on raising money to record a new album.  To support the band, visit their EP Fund Webpage.

The Class of 1988 is planning a 30-Year reunion on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 3pm at Sam & Kelly Dalke’s residence in La Salle. 39 Kingswood Drive.
