To apply for admission to MCI a student needs to:
- Obtain an application packet from the school, a board member, or
download a packet from the MCI web site.
- Complete the necessary forms (Canadian Application;
Reference Forms; Health Form).
- Forward the forms to:

The following items must be included to complete the application procedure:
- Non-refundable deposit of $200.
- The final report card listing all credits obtained for each previous high school grade completed and a mid-year progress report for the current year.
- Applicants for Senior 1 should submit a copy of their final grade 7 report and a mid-year progress report for
grade 8.
- A reference letter from each of three referees.
- A medical form completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
- The final academic report from the applicant's current year of study must be submitted by registration day
in fall.
After a student has been accepted by the school, a letter of acceptance will be issued to the student. He or
she then receives detailed information concerning preparations needed for the upcoming school year, and the schedule
of activities during the week of school opening. During pre-registration in fall, students receive guidance in
selecting courses. The MCI Student Handbook, which includes the current year's calendar and detailed information
about school routines and expectations, is distributed at school opening in fall.
